Commissions

If you would like to support my artistic endeavors, you can commission me for custom artwork! If you are interested, please read this page carefully and in its entirety.

Currently, I am offering stylized character art as busts, half-body, and full-body. I also offer custom emotes for Twitch and Discord.

Subjects I will draw:

• Original characters (ex. Your customized video game character, your D&D character, yourself, etc.)
• Fanart

Subjects I will not draw:

• Logos
• 18+ illustrations (overly sexualized, gore, violent scenes)
• Mechanical / technical art

I may decline a commission request if I am uncomfortable drawing something. To inquire about ideas that are not listed above, feel free to ask me via direct message on Instagram or Twitter.

All commissions can have either no background, a solid color, a color gradient, simple shapes/figures, or simple landscapes.

You may receive your commission within a week to a month from the day that payment is received. This depends on many things, such as the commission type (bust, half-body, full-body, emotes) and the complexity of the character’s design.

At this time, all commissioned artwork I create is intended for personal use. Currently, I am not offering artwork for commercial purposes, including but not limited to, reselling as merchandise.

Prices

Bust

Half-Body

Base Price: $145

• Shows character from head to hips.
• Background is one solid color.
• Sized at 3000px (the longest side)

Additional Costs

• Background with effects: $20 and up
• Accessories: $15 and up (for each accessory)
• Additional character: $120

Full-Body

Base Price: $185

• Shows character from head to feet.
• Background is one solid color.
• Sized at 3000px (the longest side)

Additional Costs

• Background with effects: $25 and up
• Accessories: $15 and up (for each accessory)
• Additional character: $150

Emotes

• 1 emote: $40
• 5+ emotes: $35 each
• Transparent background
• Each emote includes 3 sizes (28px, 56px, 112px)

Notes:

• Accessories include but are not limited to: intricate clothing designs, weapons, wings, horns, pets/familiars, instruments, jewelry, tattoos, etc.
• The artwork will have my signature (excluding emotes).
• Final prices for an artwork depend on the level of detail, type of the artwork (bust, half-body, full-body, emotes), and amount of accessories/details.
• Requesting a higher image pixel size and resolution than stated may incur an additional charge.
• These prices include 3 revisions (if needed). Additional revisions after the sketching phase may incur additional charges.
• These prices cover the costs of the time it takes me to draw, our communication during the creation process, and my overall experience and education in drawing/painting.

Steps to Request a Commission

1. Send me a direct message with the following information:
   • Commission Type (bust, half-body, full-body, emotes)
   • Details of the Character (name, personality, looks, masculine/feminine/androgynous, accessories, pose, color schemes, background etc. Please be adequate with your description)
   • Reference Images
2. Once we agree on the details and cost of your request, I will send you an agreement via Square. Signing this agreement acknowledges my Terms of Service, the same terms shown on the bottom of this page.
3. Once I receive the signed agreement, I will send you an invoice via Square. Please do not send money without first receiving an invoice from me.
4. Once I receive the payment, I will start working on your commission.
5. I will send you work-in-progress images as I work on your commission.
   • My steps for creating artwork are 1) rough sketch 2) refined sketch 3) linework 4) flat colors 5) shading and highlights 6) final details.
   • If you would like to request changes/revisions, please let me know while I am in the sketching phase! I won’t continue the piece until I have your approval of the sketch 🙂
   • Asking for major changes after I have moved past the sketching phase may incur an additional charge, depending on how easy or difficult it is to make the change.
6. Once finished, I will send you the completed artwork in a Google Drive folder.

Refund Policy

A 90% refund can be requested within the first 3 days after payment. If you would like to cancel the commission, you may contact me directly. You may still cancel after the first 3 days, but a refund will not be granted.

Please do not file a payment dispute with Square nor your bank when requesting a refund or cancellation. Any type of scam attempt against me will result in:

• A permanent ban or block from my social media
• No future transactions with me
• I have the right to reuse/resell any progress of an artwork I make for you

I strive to provide you with artwork that you are 110% happy with 🙂 To avoid any type of uncomfortable situation, please be certain with your commission request before payment, and please be open to communicating with me.

Terms of Service (T.O.S.)

By paying me to create an artwork for you, you agree to the following terms:

• Payment must be received in full and cleared before I start on your commission.
• A 90% refund can be requested within the first 3 days after paying me. Past the 3 days, no refunds will be granted.
• You are purchasing a digital file, not a printed artwork. There will not be any shipment to track or receive.
• I will retain the copyright of my artwork even after paying and receiving the artwork file.
• The artwork that you commission me to do is for your personal use only. You may not use my art for commercial purposes, including but not limited to, merchandise (stickers, hats, shirts, etc). Please do not redistribute or resell my artwork.
• Using my artwork for artificial intelligence (AI) machine learning is not permitted under any circumstance. Do not use my work to generate other images.
• If you would like to share the artwork that I create for you on your social media, please credit me @artofaleza and link my Instagram and/or Twitter. For emotes, please credit me somewhere on your Twitch “about” page.
• I may use the art I create for you on my social media and portfolio.
